For your listening pleasure, I’m sharing a collection of 5 new songs made for anyone who, like me, is navigating the news cycle—and perhaps life itself—on a tenuous thread. 

What was once a time of quiet reflection (and sunburn), “summer” in 2025 feels like a prolonged insurgency—a lengthy campaign of societal absurdity and scorched earth. I won’t catalogue these events here, but I will share that, as usual, my preferred antidote to insanity is music. More specifically, I turn to music as meditation, as medication, as antidote & antiserum—but most importantly, as fun.
